Media Processing

Final size, processing speed, and appearance depend on the source file, chosen output level, device state, and system constraints. Exact reductions, export duration, or visual outcomes are not promised.

Original Files and User Responsibility

Before removing, replacing, sharing, or relying on any processed copy, you should review it and make sure it meets your needs. You are responsible for deciding whether to keep or remove original photos and videos.

Abra Cadabra Innovations is not responsible for any loss, corruption, deletion, alteration, or unavailability of files resulting from your choices, device settings, third-party services, operating system behavior, or actions you confirm in the app.

Paid Access and App Store Billing

Paid access, if offered, will show the price, duration, renewal conditions, and trial details in the app or on the App Store before confirmation.

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are charged and managed by Apple. Auto-renewal, cancellation, refund handling, and account controls follow App Store rules and are available in your Apple account settings.

Trials, Cancellations, and Refunds

If a trial is offered, the paid subscription may begin after the trial period ends unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges. Refund requests and billing questions are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

Access to certain features may depend on your subscription state, region, app version, device compatibility, or service availability. We may change, limit, or discontinue features where permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

Photo & Video Shrink is made available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, universal compatibility, security guarantees, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Responsibility Limits

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, Abra Cadabra Innovations does not cover secondary losses, lost value, data-related costs, interruption costs, penalty-style awards, or other non-direct claims connected with app use.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the app or certain features if you violate these User Terms, misuse the app, create legal risk, or where required by law or platform rules.

Changes

Terms get refreshed occasionally as the app changes — the date up top always reflects the latest version. Continued use of Photo & Video Shrink after an update means you accept the current terms.

Media Files
